They are conducting tests to measure the effectiveness of Hydrocloroquine for coronavirus. Their "placebo" is another highly effective treatment- vitamin C. When they BOTH prove highly effective, where does the dangerous and risky fast-tracked, improperly tested vaccine fit in?
