Got my first #shielding grocery box from the Scottish Government today. It's definitely taken a massive load off my mind. If you are sheilding in and don't have someone at home to go shopping you can register for a weekly grocery box. See your shielding letter.

This is what the shielding letter says. If you have not received yours and you know it is coming (because most will know from consultant) then if you txt your CHI to the txt number in the letter it'll reply and get you set up while letter makes it's way. https://twitter.com/robmcd85/status/1245003742430232576?s=19

Should add here that the text service is automated. So it has been linked up with the database of CHI numbers of those on the list and it'll identify you when you text it your CHI. Then you can set up deliveries or pause the service and start it again when needed.
