Here's the list of #ACA state-based exchange links & deadlines for their #COVID19 SEPs for ANY uninsured resident, along with information about *normal* SEPs for residents of the other 39 states. If you're eligible for Medicaid or CHIP in *any* state you can enroll year-round.
