Lately Deku has been off. When I say off, I meant he's not that jolly, always-muttering, smiling, encouraging, positive Deku they know. And Bakugou doesn't understand why.

It has been a week.

The class had notice this last tuesday when they were doing their activities in class. They're used to Deku muttering to himself (which normally pissed of Bakugou to the bone). But that day they noticed the same old muttering was not present.

It was eerie.

They also notice during lunch he was no were to be seen once the bell has rung for lunch time. He only shows up when the bell rang again for end of lunch.

This week, it has been bothering everyone. Even for Aizawa.

They all tried to talk to Deku but he just tells them that he's okay or won't even look at them as if they were not their when walking by.

Bakugou has seen this before.

He doesn't know much about it but the signs are clear as water.

Everything about Deku right now felt wrong.

Not eating.

Not training.

No Energy.

No Positivity.

Rarely go out of his room.

They tried every trick on the book but nothing can get him out and be himself again.

Yaomomo tried making him the class' favorite tea.

But nothing.

Sato made Katsudon.

He didn't touch it.

Kirishima tried persuading him with a nice workout.

He won't budge out of his bed.

Nothing.

Friday has come and everyone are heading to the dorms planning their friday night on what they will be doing.

While they class are ahead, Deku was alone at the far far back still wearing that face for the whole week.

It has been bothering Bakugou.

Obviously he can't read the nerd's mind but he can't just go and ask him what's wrong.

They are still not that close!

Their relationship still has a long way to go.

But seeing that expression again on him still haunts him until now.

Back in middle school he still remembers all those words he used to throw at Deku.

He was small, scrawny, and worse of all-- quirkless.

Nobody want to be with him. Around him. Near him.

Be him.

Because he was useless.

Plus he's irritating to be around.

That day he told him to try and jump from the school building, the next day Deku didn't showed up in class.

At first the class scream with rejoice that finally the weird kid was absent.

No more muttering!
No more quirkless kid!
No more brainy nerd!

But the days goes by Deku still hasn't came back and the class started to get restless.

They don't have Deku to play with. It was getting boring.

They don't have anyone to ask for answers. It was difficult.

They don't know who can help them study for the coming exam.

It was caotic.

It's not until their teacher had announce that Deku has been in the hospital for all those time they were happy he was gone.

They didnt't tell the reason because his mother did not told them.

The atmosphere suddenly turned sour.

Bakugou was stunned.

For the rest the day Bakugou was unsettled while the class were restless and uncomfortable with the news. He wanted the day to be over already just to go home and ask his parents if they know what happened.

Their families has been closed since he and Deku were toddlers. Always having play dates and being stick together like glue. Bakugou being the leader while Deku follows.

Finally the bell rang signaling for class dismissal and Bakugou quickly get and started to pack up.

Immediately, he went down and changed footwear before speeding to the school gate heading home.

Thoughts started to flood his mind with the words he said to Deku begging that did not did what he just told off as a joke.

He know to himself those were not funny jokes. Yet he can't help but to think that maybe Deku did it. He can't...

At last, just at the turn on that corner he was home but stopped at his track when he saw his parents at their gate, waiting for him with miserable eyes.

He slowly walked up to them. "Whats going on?" He speak trying to hold his tears to drop.

"Get upstairs and changed clothes,brat. Were going to visited Inko and Izuku." Her mom told with puffy and red eyes looking at him that look like she cried for hours.

His father held his mom by the shoulder and hugged her and said, "Get changed now, Katsuki.

The taxi will be hear soon to take us to the hospital."

Speachless, Bakugou went inside the house and climed upstairs to get changed and quickly went downstairs and outside for his parents waiting for him with the taxi ready.
