Went to apply for CERB today (I have a January birthday), and indeed you are excluded from government support if you received *any* freelance income in the past month. This will disqualify many, many freelancers and artists.

Ok I need to issue a correction. For you *first* CERB payment, you ARE eligible for money if you went at least 14 consecutive days (in the past 4 weeks) without receiving income. However, you are disqualified for any future payments if you receive a further dime.
