Duterte: Ang gobyerno kasi cannot print so much money, hanggang anong value lang ng economy that is equal to how much trillions or billions you can print.

Duterte: Once again, I am asking the utmost cooperation of the public in these trying times.

Duterte: Let us heed the needs of our poor brothers and sisters who are hit most by the pandemic.

Duterte: Sa lahat ng bansa sa mundo, isang order lang, pasok lang sa bahay.

Duterte: For the Filipinos who have to go out to earn a living, no one's obeying the order. Paano? Ibawal ko na 'wag mag trabaho? 'Wag lumabas? Edi hindi kakain 'yan.

Duterte: Ang COVID is science. The reason why we are ordering you [to stay] inside the house is also science.

Duterte: Hindi ito [COVID] na kalaban, it's a goddamn micro[scopic] that is crawling all over the world.

Duterte: It's in the air. I hope you were able to see the Japanese expert science on how it is transmitted.

Duterte encourages everybody to wear face masks.

Duterte: Wala tayong panalo dito. Eh kung mabaril lang ito, wala na. Tapos na ito. Bigay ko lang sa isang company ng sundalo.

Duterte: Naawa ako sa mga sundalo at police.

Duterte: Yung mga police at military, utusan yun ng bayan. Pag may sunog ang police, pag may gulo ang military, puwede silang mamatay.

Duterte: To my brothers and sistsers, especially those who have more in life, baka makatulong kayo sa pag-extend ng financial assistance. Kung hindi mo naman masiyado kailangan at alam mong may nagugutom, bigay mo na lang.

Duterte: Ang ₱100 billion budget or ₱270 billion for two months as they are estimating, hindi talaga tatatagal yan.

Duterte: Wala naman kita eh. Puro bigay nalang. Kaya that is a problem.

Duterte: Kung may pera lang talaga, hindi ko hawakan yan. It is not my money. Hindi ko naman pwedeng manakaw. At kung manakaw ko lahat, anong gagawin ko sa pera na yan?

Duterte: Kayong mga opisyal na pulis, dumaan man kayo, tingnan natin yung record ninyo one of these days. Sige nga. Magprangkahan tayo. Ilabas natin lahat. Ilabas mo kung ilan ang napatay ko o ilan ang kabit ko at ilabas ko rin kung ano kayo.

Duterte: Do not compete with me because you are not a lawyer, and a lot of you do not know the law.

Duterte: Daldal kayo nang daldal, wala namang income. So sinong pinaparinggan niyo?

Duterte: 'Wag kayong mag compete kasi may kulang eh. Tapos 'yong kulang ninyo, I will supply it. Baka ma-insulto kayo.

Duterte: Let us take this problem one at a time. Ngayong buwan, nakatutok lang kami dito.

Duterte: Anong ginawa nila nun? Yung mga madaldal ngayong, yung mga sumuporta sa gobyerno noon.

Duterte on lawyer Ely Pamatong: Punta siya dito magusap kami. Kung ang solution niya okay. Eh di sabihin mo sa military, ‘Tama si Pamatong. Alis na ako.

Duterte on Governor Jonvic Remulla's appeal to include the middle class in the social amelioration program: Ako, I agree. Kung maaari lang, isali ko sila.

Duterte: Ang solusyon dito ay vaccine, wala ng iba.

Duterte: Wala akong maitulong except gawin ko lang kung anong mabuti sa bayan.

Duterte: The resources are finite.

Duterte: Stay home at wag kang mahawaan because it’s in the air. Nandiyan sa hangin eh.

Duterte: There's not enough money to go around. Yung gusto kong maintindihan ninyo ay yung problema ito, problema talaga ito.

Duterte: Hindi ko alam kung saan ako magkuha ng pera. Hindi ko alam kung anong ipagbili ko, kung may ipagbibili.

Duterte: Hindi ko alam kung kailan ako makahatid ng pagkain sa lahat.

Duterte: Bakit sa panahon ko tumama ito?

Duterte: Mas matindi ito sa gyera, walang kalaban eh, 'di mo makita.

Duterte: Kung hindi kayo masunod, I would say na hindi naman siguro kayo mamatay. I hope you will not get sick, I hope you will not die.

Duterte: Your body can only be handled by those who are fully protected.

Duterte: You will not be allowed to go near, touch [the dead] wala diretso yan at walang burol, sunog yan.

Duterte: Ano solution? Wag kang mahawa. Papaano po? Mag-stay ka sa bahay. Paano pagkain namin? Maghanap ka ng paraan.

Duterte: When the resources are all exhausted and the pandemic would claim millions of lives, I hope, really, and I pray that it would not. Pero kung ganun, wala na ako magawa.
