Writing a piece on flavour bombs today to help people add instant deep flavour to their food.

So, for me, those are umami rich ingredients like dried mushroms, anchovies, parmesan rind. Also ferments like gojuchang, miso and kimchi which I use a lot!

What are your go tos?
Chilli oil is an essential for me too. Sichuan peppercorn oil. Mushroom ketchup. Worcester sauce. Anyone use gentlemens relish?! And as I was just reminded, good ole marmite.
