I'm keeping a journal. Partly because the days are blending together. Or as @vanogedz would say Groundhog Day everyday. It's minor stuff. Like when I washed the sheets. Who I reached out to & who reached out to me. What we are eating. So it's plain as day not every meal is carbs.
Also, when and where we did a grocery shop. Trying hard to keep those far apart days wise. But it is a time of taking risk so want to know that data.
I think I'm going to add something about sleep. How long. Whether it was a 'good' or 'bad' one. Possibly track mood. Though that's like chasing a squirrel. Just looking for trends.
I don't know if I will self actualize to the point of journalling deep inner feelings or thoughts about what we are living through. I'm trying to decide if that is helpful. Is it something I am going to read in the future. Still swirling that about in the brain.
I'm definitely hanging out at Maslow's lowest tiers at the moment with my focus. Let's see if I actualize in any way.
