First off you need these three apps

Start with snow first to add the sparkly theme, go to effects and press on bling and choose the one highlighted (you may find it pink in colour, choose that then if you want to change you the ones present on the right and choose intensity!)

After you& #39;ve chosen the bling needed go to the app named polarr, choose the type of filter you want by clicking atmosphere then choose ps6 dust

After that you go for the app named soft focus, this one is the 2nd main part of this whole thing because it gives the blurriness and you just simply get the saved pic from polar and use it and it automatically gets blurred but you can edit it!!
