π4: Actually it's natural and pretty inevitable to have circle within an agency because we tend to migrate to those whom we feel comfortable with.

π6: We are completely aware that knowing the members' background before enrolling them into the agency is important. However, we think it's best if we don't delve too profound in the beginning and let the members' characters unveil by themselves as we spend the days together.
