Today for #BoxedIn - this @lightintheattic Lee Hazlewood beauty. I'd already spent a small fortune tracking down most of the songs on this by the time it was released, but it's still a treasure trove. Definitely how to do a boxset. Still haven't watched 'Cowboy in Sweden' though.

Today's #BoxedIn is @underworldlive ...nobody does boxsets better. Dubnobass is my favourite possession (even if it leaves out the phenomenal 'Saved from the cutting room floor'. But my choice is an alternative 'Moon in water' from the underrated 'Barking'

For an Easter #BoxedIn it can only be a few offerings from @TheMaryChain ... wish I still had the superb 'Power of Negative Thinking' B-sides and rarities 4-disc set.

Today's #BoxedIn is in honour of @weddingpresent David Gedge's 60th, and a great livestream the other night. Have just spent an hour putting together a Gedge playlist which is 600 songs long... and all the songs don't sound the same.

My son is about to be denied the post-GCSE-summer-rite-of-passage I had, i.e. alternating between working in McDonalds and sitting in the back of a Transit van in a field listening to @Orbinfo Peel Sessions...so here's a #BoxedIn Huge Ever-Growing Brain...

During these challenging times, aren't many of us tempted to retreat into childhood pleasures, rediscovering the familiar music of programmes we loved? I wouldn't bother, it's actually a bit rubbish.
