We're currently working on an in-store deposit solution, this is being worked on by our IT team, as you can expect it is a skeleton team who have now been working on this for a couple of weeks, even giving up their weekends.

What we do not want to do is launch this solution and it not work, so as soon as it is ready we will contact you with details on how to access it.

The DPD orders for FF7 have been packed and processed, these should be with you before the official release date of 10th April.

Finally, our CS team are currently working through all emails and tweets however, they are also working from home and with a skeleton team. We're trying our best to keep everyone updated.
