Feeling much better today, more energy and like the haze is lifting from my head - but learning from other big illnesses, not going to over-do it and risk a relapse.
So yesterday had a bit of a set-back. Spent most of the day in bed, after working at the computer most of the day prior.

The fatigue is real, but feels absurd. Here's an example: I start energetically doing the washing up, and by the end, I am using the basin for support and need to lie down straight away.
Hoping this is the end of this thread. Yesterday (day 9) I woke up completely different. The virus lifted. I had energy, and I walked to and from the park slowly. This yoke, this feeling of heaviness around my upper body was gone. And aches too. Taking it real easy now
