Taught by exprt instructors with extra support from Sixth Form mentors the org provides detailed school+student reports. 6th Form Mentors play an imp role in engaging Yr7/8 pupils and creating positive learning enviro. Yr 11 stds wrk in sml groups to meet needs/build confidence.
