I keep repeating that "forced work from home" and "remote working" are very different.

I want to put an example out: Automattic has been a fully remote company since the day of foundation. With about 1200 people, we are one of the most experienced companies in remote work.
We do remote work.
We've always done it.

Yet, since around March 1st we have had a decrease in both morale and productivity.

It's hard to quantify, but I did some inquiry and analysis and I can say that morale went down 25% in a sample team, some added 1-2 weeks to projects.
While I can't speak for the whole company, and for all the projects we are working on (I'll leave that to our amazing HR team), this should give you a clear indication on how we are affected too.

The reasons are many: anxiety, distractions, kids to take care of, other people...
So please keep it in mind.

If you were forced to work from home, you're dealing with two issues at the same time: one is the challenges of changing your work processes, one is dealing with the current forced situation.

You're not really experiencing the *remote work* benefits.
