@VodafoneIN It is really frustrating when your network is down! But it is more frustrating when your agents are reluctant in taking complaints! It’s been two weeks with very minimal network strength and very bad call quality!
While requesting to raise complaint, first answer is “Cannot raise complaint “ immediately followed by “You seems to be non responsive” and then cut the call or chat! I am recording the whole conversation for reference!
