1/2 Our Development Officer, Kelley Cunningham has been busy over the last few days putting together some ‘Skill Videos’ for our Nursery, U-10’s and U-12’s along with a ‘Challenge’ for each Skill.
Please complete the skills and we will upload as many videos/photos as we can.

Below is the different skills Kelley has given each group.

Nursery:
Skill 1: Roll.
Skill2: Underhand Throw.

U-10 Girls:
Skill 1: Body Catch.
Skill 2: Pick Up.

U-12 Girls:
Skill 1: Punt Kick.
Skill 2: Solo.
