In my two local parks at the weekend, everyone (apart possibly from a small group of youths who may or may not have been from the same household) was following the rules. And on the Beeb a police chief has confirmed that people in the West Midlands were also doing so. 2/3
Meanwhile, the communities secretary is urging councils to keep green spaces open so that people can get out for some exercise. Very mixed messages from government, apparently depending on the moment and the minister! 3/3
So I do hope that these erratic threats will stop. They're not good for morale, and the Queen can't keep coming on the tele to calm the nation down! 4/4
