be fair, but especially not for their looks. This is because self love, body positivity, body neutrality and overal mental health is one of my key tools to make it through life. That's why I'm starting off with this thread, so let's go!

if any of you feels unhappy with how they look, who they are or how they feel mentally: I know how you feel. I'm currently pretty happy with myself, but I have come a very long way. The how's and why's aren't important right now, but simply put: it ain't easy being true to
yourself and happy with yourself, in a society that wants to change you 24/7. So don't worry: I understand if you aren't there yet. But I do have hope. For you and for our society. I know that there is a long, LONG way to go until we reach the state in where we can really see
that beauty comes from within, but I have hope for the future, and I don't think it's really that far away. Changes have to be made, but hear me out: in the last few decades, the world of beauty has changed quite a bit, buy you don't notice it when you're in the
middle of it, but looking back, it's a little easier to spot the changes.
