The only stats I've seen on the antigen tests have put the false negative rate at ~30%...
I mean obv "don't promise that tests are arriving soon if they're not" is a fairly obvious criticism but also "explain why it's not as simple as TEST EVERYONE NOW" is something that should be relentlessly chucked at the WHO, the govt, the media.

Been trying to avoid unpopular views for the last week or so for a number of reasons but just going to say it - the furore over testing is IMO a very welcome distraction from much, much bigger failings & one from which the govt aren't going to look bad in the next few months.
I mean set against, for instance, the completely useless communication on working etc, and particularly the total failure to increase the amount of, & remove the usual (and anyway awful!) barriers to getting, benefits...
