The details of measures that Tokyo would take in the case of a state of national emergency being declared have been revealed:

- Strong request to close recreational facilities such as karaoke, pachinko, cabaret, bars and so on. /cont. https://twitter.com/tbsnews6/status/1246990504010473472

- A basic request for the suspension of universities, cram schools, commercial facilities & amusement facilities.

- Kindergartens, elementary schools, junior high schools & high schools would be requested to close. /cont.

- Nurseries and facilities for the disabled & elderly will be asked to cooperate with “Infection Prevention” measures.

- Hospitals, supermarkets, public transport, banks, factories & restaurants will continue duties after requesting cooperation for infection prevention measures.
