Dear @TUIUK, it is now 3 weeks since I was promised a #tuirefund for £4.5k on 17th March. I was told it would arrive in 3-5 days. I’ve been in contact numerous times since and have had no explanation as to where my money has gone. I’ve been asked to be patient but been given NO
Information as to when I may expect this. I’ve tried to register a complaint with yourselves which is not possible because I just am told your call centres are closed. I’ve now lodged a complaint with ABTA, your UK managing director through email, your CEO
#tuirefund I’ve also contacted my MP all to ask why if TUI as a company has been given a 1.8billion euro bridging loan from the German government and has the majority of UK staff on furlough, therefore their salaries are paid by the British government - where is my money?
In fact- where is the #tuirefund you promised to so many others on here who are also desperate for the money they spent with you, in trust, back. We are only asking for what is rightfully ours, what we are entitled too and what YOU promised.

@piersmorgan any chance you may be able to shine a light on this? Of course we want to continue to support our travel industries but some of us aren’t also in a position where we can be thousand of pounds out of pocket in this climate. Is that unreasonable? #tuirefund
