#universaltesting @spencemo_c I use to work at IBM and recall a research program back in the day called Project Checkmate. It centered around flu spreading models and a program called STEM (Spatiotemporal Epidemiological Modeler) which eventually became open source. typical IBM.

I downloaded it and started running my own Covid-19 simulations using current trajectories. The model I ran, seen in the thread above, is between the beginning of March to the end of June. If you want to know more about how to download and use it just reply to me in this thread.

The following are disease characteristics I used in the program.
Immunity Loss Rate: 0.005
Infectious Mortality Rate: 0.017
Recovery Rate: 0.05
Symptom Appearance Rate: 0.2
Transmission Rate: 0.5
