I use to work for IBM and recall a program they help start around 2006 called Project Checkmate. It centered around flu spreading models. The project developed a program called STEM or "Spatiotemporal Epidemiological Modeler" which eventually became open source. (typical IBM)
I downloaded it and started running my own Covid-19 simulations using current trajectories. The model I ran, seen in the thread above, is between the beginning of March to the end of June. If you want to know more about how to download and use it just reply to me in this thread.
