I usually don't tweet about stuff like this but I think it's relatable for a lot of people and as a person who has always put mental health at the top of the pedestal, it's very important to keep looking forward. For anybody that feels exhausted consistently or emotionally torn.
It's okay to have those feelings but you can't them drown you. I've noticed if I can't keep myself busy I fall into a negative environment where I drain the people around me and not just myself. So you must find the positives, take time to learn something
Even if it doesnt seem that interesting. Keeping the mind busy is crucial to blocking out negativity so you don't give the room for any negative thoughts that can cause self-harm mentally to yourself or others
I've always believed a positive follows a negative closely in every situation, you just have to allow yourself to see it. For example, i've seen the time i've been given as a way to truly self reflect where as before I hated the time I was given because it felt like wasted time.
AND the most important thing is communication. The situation the world is in has caused a lot of people to fall into a similar negative environment and having a person to relate to, understand and talk to is extremely important. Now is not the time to hide feelings.
I hope this thread reaches anybody who is suffering from some form of anxiety or depression. It's way too easy to let yourself suffer and some times it may feel like the right thing to do but it's not, so when you pick yourself up, you'll be stronger than ever. Believe in you.
