@DisneyPlusHS I want to deactivate the auto-renew subscription on my Hotstar account. Why is this option not available on app or website? Do you want customers to run from pillar to post?
@DisneyPlusHS you don't even have a customer care service in place. What kind of operations are these? I don't want to renew my membership for another month, quarter, or year. Please respond ASAP.
