This will be the Andrew Thomas clip thread. Will be adding videos over the next few days. Time to have some fun. #NFLDraft #Browns
Thomas *loves* to use this chop move and his hands are so strong and heavy that it works tremendously. He is fantastic at using defenders' speed and momentum against themselves.
Not phased at all by the EDGE dropping into coverage and the DT coming around the edge. Doesn't miss a beat. He has great vision and is a super smart player.
Gets leverage, keeps his feet moving, and takes the DT for a ride off-camera
Mauler in the run game
Here Thomas correctly predicts Divinity to come with a speed move outside, but he gains too much momentum sliding, and Divinity's spin throws him completely off balance. Ugly rep, of which he has very few.
Excellent rep here against Steelers 6th-rounder Isaiah Buggs.
Thomas has some powerful hands
Thomas had his way with the Alabama defensive line in the 2018 SEC Championship Game. Whether it was Isaiah Buggs, Raekwon Davis, or Quinnen Williams, he lost just 3 reps all game.
Great push here and he finishes the rep with a pancake.
When he isn't sure what the defender is going to do, Thomas stays in place and keeps his feet moving. Super important piece of technique that he is diligent in.
Ever seen an offensive lineman create a hole by blocking two defenders himself? Well now you have.
"Thomas isn't a good fit for the #Browns, they need an athletic tackle who can move well to run outside zone"
More run-blocking excellence
More second-level blocking
I'm not convinced 2019 Georgia at Vanderbilt was even a real game. I think it was actually an instructional video on how to play left tackle.

Thomas had no issue with Notre Dame's trio of Julian Okwara, Khalid Kareem, and Daelin Hayes. Hayes will likely be drafted next year, while Okwara and Kareem will both be taken this month, with Okwara a projected second-round prospect.
Yes, it's a quick pass. But Rashard Lawrence is a strong dude. Not easy to get leverage and shock a DT like that, especially that quickly.
This is projected top-15 pick EDGE K'Lavon Chaisson being treated like a small child. He was crumpled up on the ground underneath Thomas more times than he came close to applying pressure.
More hilarity.
Chaisson tries to slap Thomas's hands away and finds out the hard way just how strong Thomas is
This is a tough situation for an OT. 3 defenders lined up outside. Thomas is patient, gets proper depth, and then right when he sees Chaisson move inside, devotes his attention to #3, and has enough depth to ride him harmlessly over and out of the arc
Great example of how insanely long Thomas is. Chaisson does an excellent job of forcing Thomas outside before swimming over him, but Thomas's arms are so long that he's able to keep Chaisson in front of him, and Fromm can easily move left with no hurry.
