Say what you want about Big Pharma, but its thousands of scientists dream about making a positive difference and haul ass to make it happen. They do NOT sit around and plot how they're going to keep people sick or dependent on their drugs.

How do I know this? My husband worked in Big Pharma for 25 years. He averaged 10-hour work days and worked himself into an ulcer while trying to develop helpful, effective drugs.

Did they make giant bonuses? Nope.

It's perfectly fine to question the leadership in Big Pharma. Most of them are assholes. But you are WRONG to assume that the scientists who develop the drugs have evil intent.

The thing you CAN squawk about is Big Pharma's outsourcing API to China. Otherwise, STFU. /end
