I know no one cares and I know I’m a few days late, but I’m watching a movie I’ve never seen each day for this month of isolation:
April 1: Clue (1985)

Very campy, very fun, a bit stressful to see the characters personified differently than I used to as a kid, MADELINE KHAN, Tim Curry is spectacular.
April 2: Soapdish (1991)

Sally Field as a soap opera star with best friend Whoopi Goldberg?? I’m on board. Very cute. Veryyyy problematic ending I will forgive. Not enough Teri Hatcher (but I could say that about every film...)
April 3: Muriel’s Wedding (1994)

This. Is. A. Perfect. Movie.
Sure Toni Collette and about ABBA soundtrack panders directly to me but... Brb gotta go call my mom.
April 4: Center Stage (2000)

This movie was BAD. One main girl always sasses back (hi, Zoe Saldana) and the other isn’t turned out (yikes!) and I’m supposed to feel bad they aren’t succeeding?? Donna Murphy is amazing, but watch her in this instead:
April 5: The Social Network (2010)

This was great, but there was so much hype. I want to see a gender flipped version: Rooney as Zuck, Rashida as Wardo, Dakota as the Winklevi, Brenda Song as Napster. Tell me I’m wrong!
