Alright, I've checked through the entire catalog, and here's my report on what's blocked where on the Toei Tokusatsu World Official YouTube channel:
Everything is blocked in Japan.
Super Sentai (Goranger-Dynaman), Metalder, B-Fighter, and B-Fighter Kabuto are blocked EVERYWHERE except Cambodia, Kosovo, Laos, Myanmar, Somaliland, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand.
