IMPORTANT:

The latest "Surveillance Report" from the Public Health Agency in Northern Ireland contains important information on how #Covid_19 cases are being diagnosed. And this information raises MAJOR concerns.

This information is correct as of 05/04/2020 at 09:41
Starting with the number 1 denotation:

"Cumulative number of laboratory confirmed #Covid_19 cases:"
What is a "laboratory confirmed case"?
What's "clinical evidence of #Covid_19 Disease"?

"Clinical evidence of COVID Disease is clinical or radiological evidence of pneumonia OR acute respiratory distress syndrome OR influenza like illness."

In other words it's an illness that was previously classified as flu related
That's important. Because these symptoms are confirmed by a clinician who would then proceed to step two and approve a laboratory swab for CV19. But you first have to be symptomatic for the virus, which makes sense. Right?
Here at the latest stats on people tested:

Having already established that a test would only be carried out on symptomatic people in hospitals then the numbers tell us we had:

8486 tested (symptomatic)
1089 positive (12.8%)
7372 negative (86.9%)
25 not determined 9 (0.3%)
One must be conscious of the fact that this data is not representative of the N.Ire society as a whole but *only* of those that are symptomatic. If we were to add asymptomatic test subjects into the mix the negative ratio would increase drastically.
But let's stick to the data we have.

86.9% of *symptomatic* patients tested negative for the virus.

This data presents to us critical evidence that the symptoms of CV19 closely, if not perfectly, align to the symptoms of another illness & that *only* testing differentiates.
Yet UK gov guidelines, also implemented in N.Ire, states that in the absence of a test result 'clinical judgement is satisfactory'. However, I have just shown how clinical judgement alone has been wrong in 86.9% of the cases tested!
Northern Ireland has been shut down based upon such criteria and with, to date, 63 deaths - that we don't even know were caused by CV19 - we all must be asking some serious questions of the decisions made.
Especially when, to be one of those 63 deaths, it doesn't even need to be shown that you died from CV19!

"Please note, this number refers to individuals who have died within 28 days of first positive result, whether or not COVID-19 was the cause of death."
I've written to the Public Health Agency with a series of questions based upon their "Surveillance Reports" as it seems journalists in this country seem disinterested in doing so. Given my preliminary investigations I can confirm that CV19 symptoms mimic Influenza related illness
This is why, I believe, we are seeing such a huge number of CV19 symptomatic patients testing negative for the virus. This also explains the decline in reported flu related deaths this year if they're being reported as CV19 related.
I deal in numbers and am conscious each of those numbers represent human lives, I therefore state categorically, that I am not using these lives to further any other agenda than to reach the truth, or as close to it as I can get. The numbers being reported are not trustworthy.
It doesn't help matters when the health minister Robin Swann ( @RobinSwannMoH) delved into alarmist talk of a "first wave" & "3,000 deaths" whilst the current data he was furnished with at the time was of 30 deaths, or 1% of his '1st wave' figure https://bbc.com/news/uk-northern-ireland-52121143
In 2020 we are in very short supply, worldwide, of investigate journalists. Instead 'repeaters' have replaced 'reporters'. When investigative journalists are seen as trouble makers and conspiracy theorists whilst repeaters are rewarded for their services to the narrative.
If this is a "pandemic". If people are falling over dead because of this virus. Then, in the context of N.Ire, we must ask how it is that from 18/3 to 4/2 we have had 63 deaths that we cannot even prove were caused by this virus? Yet the country is in lockdown.
