Most underachieving FBS programs of all time? I was hesitant to put UGA on the list since they have an undefeated NC team (unlike Florida) and are tied for the 2nd most SEC titles. Winning an NC with loss(es) is ~50% luck. They were 13-1 in 2002 @PDawg206 @HardcoreCFB @CFBNerds

Being objective, I& #39;d have to say that LSU was massively underachieving from 1988-2009. And before 2000, we might have been an easy #1 on the list.

Others that come to mind: TAMU (didn& #39;t include them bc they weren& #39;t coed until like the 1980s), UNC and NCSU, UK, and UCLA
