Another resource for calming sounds is A Soft Murmur, which has a wider range of sounds, that are layerable too: https://asoftmurmur.com"> https://asoftmurmur.com
Finally, a lot of articles talk about how images of nature, cute animals, and the colour blue (ominously the Pantone Colour Of The Year for 2020) can help lower anxiety levels (I picked these up off of google bless).
