Denied ramp assistance initially again at London Bridge station travelling home from work at Boots pharmacy. Staff told me "2 weeks ago one member of staff caught the coronavirus after helping a wheelchair user, and has taken 3 months leave." Shocking and discriminatory language.
When I asked them where is the evidence for this claim, he could not tell me. The staff also told me that Southeastern have told them not to assist disabled passengers, and they will get into trouble/sacked if they do so. This was around 7pm @Se_Railway
My mum was there with me again because of the terrible experience I had last week. The staff only agreed to bring the ramp for me to board the train, after my mum said she would pull the emergency lever on the train when it arrives if they refuse to help me board the train.
