Okay so here is my 10 positions in 10 days list number 1:Running back The first one which I have already gone over that I would like to start with is- Lamical Perine Florida 5’11 215 decent Acceleration, Hands, tough runner
The second one: - JK Dobbins Ohio State 5’9 210: Explosive, smooth route runner, all purpose back
The third: - Zack Moss Utah 5’9 225: runs people OVER, good mechanics, fluid hips
Another one is - Scottie Phillips Ole Miss 5’8 210: between the tackles guy, wow factor, strong legs
Now- Clyde Edwards-Helaire. 5’7 210: moves upon moves, quick fit, Darren Sproles comp
Next up: - Joshua Kelly UCLA 5’11 215: athletic, makes people miss, good hands
Next I did: - Darrynton Evans. App State 5’10 205: really fast, good in space, good hands
And now:-AJ Dillon Boston College 6’0 250: definition of tough runner, deceptively fast, Henryesque?
Next up: - Michael Warren II Cincinnati 5’9 225: power back, takes on tacklers, bounces off people
Now here is: - Sewo Olonilua TCU 6’3 240: (@jaredheatley has known about him as long as me 😂): good pass pro back, falls forward, fluid hips
Time for: - Eno Benjamin Arizona State 5’9 205: almost seeks out contact, aggressive runner, balanced runner
Here’s- Jonathan Taylor Wisconsin 5’10 225: Makes moves, high motor, playmaker
- Darius Anderson TCU 5’11 200: good burst, all purpose back, slippery runner
- DeAndre Swift Georgia 5’8 215: smooth, makes people MISS, shifty
- Patrick Taylor Jr Memphis 6’1 215: ( I am doing Antonio Gibson as a WR): redzone guy, good not great, makes moves when needed
And here are my last few- Cam Akers Florida State 5’10 220: sticks foot in ground and goes, splits defenders almost like in basketball, very interesting prospect
-JaMycal Hasty Baylor 5’8 200: home run back, good receiver, just outruns guys
- Ke’Shawn Vaughn Vanderbilt 5’9 205: upright runner, between the tackles runner, one move and go
- Anthony McFarland Jr Maryland 5’9 200: good cuts in space, avoids contact, decisive
Okay so A few things.....
1. I believe the Lions should not take a RB any earlier than Round 3
2. Taylor is clear cut number one in my eyes. If he’s not taken in the first then he will go very early in the second..........
3. One early guy that I don’t think will fall past second is Dillon. Dudes a beast and if hes there in the 3rd then Lions should get him
4. Other guys I would love are Akers whose had injuries, Moss who wowed me, and Perine who just kept showing so much every time I watched him.
Here’s my top 10 RBs in this draft and round predictions. I would love to debate about this!
