Ok so I've seen all the comments here & I realise that different things work for different women.
One common thing though is most of the drugs y'all use are NSAIDS & considering this is a monthly event, the risks that come with NSAIDS use may not be something you wanna keep https://twitter.com/urchilla01/status/1246873158751268865
exposing yourself to. Principal among these risks is developing peptic ulcer disease (PUD) which could sometimes be a tasking problem in the long run.

Enter BUSCOPAN CRAMPS.

This is a drug used in certain gastrointestinal problems that present with stomach cramps; for example
irritable bowel syndrome.

Let's consider that the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) is made up of smooth muscles, the same type of muscles that make up the middle layer of the uterine wall (the myometrium). In the uterus, this muscle's main function is to induce uterine contractions.
These are the contractions that present as menstrual cramps.

Now, Buscopan is a powerful smooth muscle relaxant.

I would suggest that for your next menstrual period, you try a combination of BUSCOPAN CRAMPS + PARACETAMOL + HOT WATER BOTTLE THERAPY.
This combination is very
safe & does not carry the risk of PUD which drugs like ibuprofen, felvin (piroxicam), diclofenac & naproxen carry.

It'd be advisable to commence buscopan a day prior to your period.

I'd love to hear your experiences with it when you've tried it. Maybe quote this tweet.

Also, lemme add that NSAIDS have been found to reduce fertility in women by causing disruptions in ovulatory cycles. This infertility is usually reversible on cessation of use of the drugs. This could apply more to women looking to conceive but finding it difficult; please
consider taking yourself off NSAIDS if you're taking them.
