Q-Ships were used in world war one and other wars. What was a Q ship? A ship that used smoke and mirrors to lure submarines to the surface where it would then take away its disguise and attack.
From the book "My Mystery Ships" by Admiral Gordan Campbell-
One of the stand out characters of the Q "Mystery Ships" was a man named William Edward Sanders. In a noteworthy battle that William faced, he was on a ship called, "Helgoland" which was referred to as Q-17. Where the ship faced off against three U-boats at the same time.
Q-17. Interdasting.
So in this battle Sanders lures 3 submarines to the surface. And engages them in battle. This is interesting to me because Q uses smoke and mirrors as well and has his/their identity a mystery. "Disinformation is necessary."
Q is directly engaging the hidden enemies of humanity that hide in the shadows (submarines) and drawing them to the surface to finally be taken care of. (Dark to light). Revealing the hidden enemy.
Q ships hunted and trapped submarines. Which reminds me of the movie and Q signature "the Hunt for Red October" and how it is centered around submarines. So in the past Q-17(Q-Ship) hunted submarines during war.
Now in the present Q hunts and draws out the deep darkness from our own world by dismantling the deep state and the Cabal families/etc.
Q uses smoke and mirrors to trap, to expose, and to deal with deep darkness and the entrenched enemies similar to the Q-ships of the past. During the Silent war (world war 3. New world order verses Trump/Q) Subterfuge is being used to achieve great victory.
