I spell holistic with a W because I’m all about all encompassing health. It all flows together but I believe health starts with your internal. You have to be whole in total not just in one area. That’s what this space is about. There is also no shaming allowed here!!!!

I’m not perfect and I’m not aiming to be. I’m not a guru, a saint, or picture perfect. I’m a girl with gifts, who’s been through things that believes we are stronger together than we are a part. I want to help others they way others have helped me

In this space I’ll be sharing collective readings and messages, poetry, art, and my latest favorite song lol I want this space to feel balanced. We’re gonna heal, we’re gonna laugh, we’re gonna debate, and a whole bunch of other stuff but most importantly we’re going to
