Your supposed "help" service @AmazonHelp has been awful. I& #39;ve spoken with you for a total of over 5 hours trying to get people to stop delivering packages to my door since there& #39;s been theft multiple times in the past. I am continually hung up on and transferred.
On top of this, every package of mine states to be delivered to a locker in my building. Delivery does not pay attention. Amazon help doesn& #39;t respond to me. I& #39;ve already been waiting over 20 minutes for someone to simply reply to my message and not w "I& #39;m here to help you today."
I understand that Bezos doesn& #39;t pay you enough and I& #39;m on your side about this. However, I am tired of wasting my valuable time waiting for service and being treated with disrespect. 0 stars for service from one of the largest companies in the world.
It happened again today. Now, I have to sit with @AmazonHelp chat who will tell me the problem has been fixed for a fourth time when it hasn’t. I‘ll keep updating this thread every single time it happens from here to showcase what a joke this supposed “support” is. Call me Karen.
