Storytime about @/real_deal_dear and their "pride in good customer service"

After me and a friend bought two albums of their totm go, which started in late november 2019, and long after new years eve nothing happened we started wondering what's up with our albums.
Also because a friend of mine already received her album, since the gom got them at home since mid of january already. So I contacted the gom at March 1st on WhatsApp, which I could because of the group chat they opened for this GO (remind this since this will get important later
I asked her about when the albums will be shipped and after asking again 10 days later I got the response, that they sent them. I never received a tracking number, though, even after asking several times. On top of that my friend sent emails to her regarding this topic, too, but+
never got a response, neither. We felt abandoned and worried about trusting our money to her.
This is why my friend and me decided to open a PayPal case on April 3rd, almost a month after asking about our tracking number, but also 5 months after ordering these albums. This lead to the gom finally opening our chat again, asking why we opened the case, that we should close+
it. I explained our reasons to her (explained above, not sending out, not answering our messages, sending other orders of the go out, though) and that we will therefore not close the case.
She didn't seem to understand we don't accuse her of not sending out our albums at this situation with Corona, which we weren't. The real problem was, that she lied to us regarding the shipping status and not informing us about the tracking number we paid for.
Still, I calmly tried to explain to her what the real problem was and told her, that we definitely don't want her to risk her health by going outside for bringing our albums to the last opened post office in her town, with the knowledge it won't be accepted due to Corona, also+
because she emphasized all the time government forbids Portuguese to leave their house why she can't send out the orders. So, before our buyer protection expires and we will be there without albums, neither money, we simply wanted our money back.
Now, remembered you should pay attention on this whole thing happened on WhatsApp? Now she told me she never uses WhatsApp for GO issues. Why didn't she bother before to tell me this? It wasn't the first time texting on there, but suddenly that's used as a reason why+
communication didn't work and why that's our fault.
In the end her offer was to let her friend bring our package to the post office, in exchange of an additional fee of 15,20€ (10,20€ for post service and 5€ for the supplies her friend needs for her burned leg?). I explained to her, again, we don't want to put her in danger,+
also that in case the package gets accepted it will arrive with a huge delay beyond the time of buyer protection, we don't want them to ship it out. I suggested her to sell our albums instead of risking health and loss of the items.
Which she didn't want, since "no one wants unsealed albums". That was also the point when she started cursing and calling me and my friend names.
In the end we got our money back. PayPals terms regarding buyer protection are above some self-made terms about "no refund".
This whole conversation was about her not admitting the mistake she did in her organisation of the GO and lying to us and trying to project the shipping problem to Corona, no matter what I said.
The real thing only started today, though. She already threatened us to blacklist us on her and her partner GO accounts but what her GO friend did was two steps too far.
Instead of forbidding us to participate in their GOs in the future (which we clearly never want again), the admin called "Ella" exposed our personal data on their Instagram story. Only stating their side of the story in which we seem like the "disrespectful scammers" who+
"forced her to have contact on WhatsApp". I don't want to spread these stories any further, but please stay carefull and watch out who's GO you join. You see people have no shame taking illegal actions on their own when something happens that doesn't fit in their mind.

Apparently there is no lock down in Portugal. Everyone can go outside as they want with the proper security measures like keeping distance. The post offices are still opened, only with new opening times, and mail service is going as always.+
GERMANY STILL RECEIVES POST FROM PORTUGAL. So, our problem wasn't Corona anyways, I can only repeat that. But again, we were lied to and I think this is not right.
