You can come to Canada if your permanent residence application was approved on or before March 18, 2020, you haven’t landed yet and have no symptoms of #COVID19. You are exempt from the travel restrictions.

Before you travel, you will go through health screening protocols. When you arrive in Canada, you must isolate for 14 days even if you have no symptoms. This is mandatory. If you do not have a plan for isolating in Canada, you will need to delay travel until you have made one.
