This is an issue I’ve been hearing a lot about. I know somebody with 3 part time jobs who has (temporarily?) lost 2 of them.

I’m not attacking or nitpicking. I am urging anyone in charge who has influence over this process to continue innovating new solutions. We are not where we need to be yet. And time is short.
I understand the emergency wage supplement is supposed to prevent these layoffs, but many companies are jettisoning employees anyway for fear they won’t receive the benefit it in time, or it won’t be enough.

We need to keep innovating. We don’t have much time.
