I can remember bed-wetting from as early as 5 years old. I stopped when I was in Jss3 and I was 12 years old by then.

I remember they took me to one river that I should urinate there that it will take away the spirit of bed-wetting.
It didn’t.
They said I should piss inside hot charcoal. That at night, my penis will get hot and I will wake up.
Na lie! I didn’t stop.

In Jss1, the head boy in my secondary school then (BUHS) flogged me 40 strokes naked at a general assembly (Boys Only tho) because I wet the bed and the new Sabbath school pamphlet they gave us a night before was on the bed.

If you are out there and you still bed-wet, it’s not a curse. Drink less water at night, play less and try to control your mind more. Above all, pray and have faith that one day, it will be a thing of the past.
