This weeks black clover chapter was mind blowing hype. Really opens up the BC world to some threats now and also so many possibilities.

So this is my thread on the theory I have about what might happen from here.

Willam has World tree magic aka Yggdrasill magic and we know Tabata has been referencing the norse mythology for most of BCs world.

We have elves, dark elves, dwarfs spirits , humans and possibly giants of Jotunheim.

Dante said to connect to the underworld he requires World tree magic and dark magic. We know from the elf arc that dark magic can interfere with the underworld magic and beings so dark magic and the underworld may go hand in hand.

Tabata is probably using a mix of norse mythology and the Christian mythology. The devil lore comes from Christianity whereas the races comes from Norse mythology.

So quite possible is that the underworld Dante is refering to is the underworld of hel from the tree of yggdrasill

So if dark magic opens up one realm and connects it to the human world then what if other attributes of magic are used with Williams world tree magic to open channels to the other realms like the realm of elves, dwarfs, giants and maybe even the realm of gods.

I think incase of arcane magic needed for the underworld, the spirits will be the key to open up other realms.

Like the wind spirit slyph used ion conjunction with yggdrasill magic would open up the real of elves, the stone spirit gnome will open up world of dwarfs

Similarily the fire spirit salamander, will open up channel to the realm of fire spirits and dragons. The water spirit opening to the realm of sea and the creatures vanirs.

Whats left is the realm of cold and giants which might have to be an exception.

Tabata has referenced the tree of sephirot in the elf arc & here he references the tree of Qliphoth.We know the elves worshiped some gods so there is a possiblity that there exists gods in this verse and that be the realm of gods combined with light magic, opposite of dark magic

Also this gives us a plausible reason as to why Tabata kept Patri and crew after the elf arc.

This might be a inspiration Tabata got from the eclipse incident in berserk where all types of creatures entered the human world

Tabata has based much of William on Griffith. His appearance, his personality, the way others look upto him, the way he sold out his friends.

And now William might be responsible to open up the world of devils like how Griffith was responsible for opening up the demon beasts

This might be a time now where after this whole Dante and Vanica fight is done, Asta and other might go to Patri where they might give us a past history on what happened with Licht, why are the swords name with a prefix demon and how Licht got them (possible made by dwarfs)
