As pres. of New Jersey College (now @Princeton), Jonathan Edwards was a strong supporter of smallpox inoculations.

He was voluntarily inoculated in hopes of encouraging others to do the same.

He died as a result.

Was his decision wise or foolish?

Should presidents/superintendents of educational institutions volunteer as the first to receive a coronavirus vaccination as an example to those they lead?

Should National/State Elected Officials publicly receive a vaccination if one is found & they recommend it to their people?
