how to fuckin stop being hungry at night.

this is a thread.
mesti time time quarantine ni asal tengah malam je lapar. mungkin sebab korang bosan ke apa
okay first thing first korang punya makan tu mesti scheduled and makan at the right time, so kau tak lapar in the middle of the night.
and also one thing that makes you hungry is tidur lambat, so fix your sleep schedule.
when you get enough sleep, you have more energy which means you don't have to eat a lot.
don't copy me doing this thread at fuckin 2 am, anyways, one more thing is don't eat crappy junk food sebab benda tu memang tak berkhasiat dan benda tu just kenyangkan kau for only a couple of hours
instead, makan benda benda yang banyak khasiat like fruit or better eat bread because it fills you up quickly. minum milo pun bole dia bagi tenaga bak kata aiman aswadi.
lagi satu advice kalau korang maybe suka stay up, buat benda benda yang distract kau daripada benda lain as example main game or chat dengan kawan, jauhkan diri dari source of food WOOO
