1. If you want the pill: Complete/pass a health questionnaire + sign a waiver.
2. Nobody over 60/70yrs or other high risk.
3. Medical professionals to prescribe/administer. No coercion, this isn’t Dignitas.
4. Inceptioners seen as brave volunteers - enlisting not drafted.

5. Start with a control group of 1,000 who’ve passed the health check. Work out % of healthy volunteers that need NHS critical care (to keep curve flat).
6. Inceptioners must be quarantined for [14] days so not a risk to others.
7. Can quarantine together. Naked Covid parties!
