@reliancejio @JioCare Hey guys, my internet isn't working properly, and I can't use even 20% of my work from home data pack. Now I understand the network load due to COVID-19, but I'd really appreciate if I got my money back.

If you can't do that, then at least increase my pack validity, so that I can use it later.
I can't work from home due to connectivity and speed issues. It'll be a win win if you returned my money, as you'll also have decrease in load.
On a side note: I'm really poor.
