The only way to not fulfill the things of the flesh is to focus on the things of the spirit. Don& #39;t leave your heart empty. Don& #39;t keep struggling and realise you& #39;re going in cycles.

You first have to understand that sexual desires are not a curse from God but fully put by a good God for sex to be enjoyed in the context of marriage. You cannot eliminate sexual urges but here& #39;s what you can do outside marriage; not focus on it.
Flee from sexual temptation...

And like every other temptation, it starts in the mind, you can& #39;t use thoughts to battle thoughts. You have to speak up and say who you are in christ, if you& #39;re alone, stand up and walk away. If it& #39;s on SM, mute/block that account. If it& #39;s the songs in your playlist, change them.

You should call someone you& #39;re accountable to and talk/pray. Affirm yourself with words of who you are in Christ and how you don& #39;t live in sin.
Remember that God doesn& #39;t condemn you, he loves you. Remember the holy spirit lives inside you and you are created unto good works.
