@cogeco I've opened multiple tickets complaining about 100%+ node congestion in Winona, Stoney Creek (L8E 0E1). The Internet is completely unusable for teleconferencing/VoIP/online-games due to extreme 1000+MS latency (no matter the time, even at 2-3AM in the morning).
I keep being told the node congestion reports are being sent to "Operations". I understand due to COVID-19 there are major congestion issues but this shouldn't be happening 24 hours a day. There is clearly a permanent node issue and it would be great to get some communication.
Graham, Scott & Jared @ tech support, even Mark, who supports TPIA ISPs,have been great in confirming and communicating internally to Cogeco about my node's issue. But Ive had no path forward for multiple weeks now. 1000MS+ latency outside of high congestion times is frustrating.
